Partners' Project...good getting better.
One thing we do @81 & Meaningful Trainings is take the use of metaphors to a new level of enthusiasm! And so it continues with our flagship, non-clinical, peer support resource for partnerships serious about creative, constructive outcomes, Partners' Project @81. This project is for those who are good and seek to improve. (Our lived experiences) have been challenging but like so many we keep the springs and sprockets cleaned and we find the time is close. That's been good enough for awhile. |
Partners' Project FAQ
What exactly is the Partners’ Project?
It’s a relationship capacity building resource for people who continuously seek
to live, work, create & contribute TOGETHER!
It’s a practice and a paradigm of living & working, in partnership,
that is community-focused, strengths-based & forward-facing.
It's a skills building resource for partners and partnerships who are good and want to keep improving!
Who benefits from this process?
Partners currently in a working relationship.
Those who seek new ways to face daily challenges with the resource of present moment communication.
Versus the half there, somewhere else static of our quick, digital exchanges.
New or old life partners, business partners, tired partners, siblings, roommates
and any of the many who call themselves a team on a mission!
Who developed the Partners’ Project?
A partnership.
Blair Jennings & Fell Cadwallader (fellblair ningwalla - our artistic moniker)
Having grown tired of revisiting the same old work/life balance issues,
again and again and again & finding no source of elders or mentors or support,
we decided to CREATE a new process based on the philosophies that created Meaningful Trainings,
intrinsic motivation, experiential learning & peer support principles.
What makes the Partners’ Project so enjoyable?
The way it’s built. The interaction. The investigation. The teamwork.
The discovery. The hands-on creative process. The imagination. The laughter.
Each Partners’ Project engagement is UNIQUE,
as it’s created in real-time by the partners in the room.
What can I expect?
You can expect to dress comfortably, converse easily, move frequently, explore creatively & laugh often.
From there your visit @81 is designed to support your partnership's vision.
If that sounds like the beginning of a live conversation, then we look forward to conversing!
