If we could choose only one soft skill to serve as the conveyance of all the others, for us (MT), it would be story. To create, tell or hear as story involves all the parts and pieces of the individual. Miss a little - miss a lot! Every organization, project, relationship and mission has a story. Proficiency among the storytellers and all the players make for a wondrous tale complete with innovation, imagination, challenges and opportunity. What's your story and who are your storytellers?
