The term "ethics" is often considered beyond the scope of our daily lives. They are most often considered in the constructs of "life or death" or "good vs. evil". With such critical outcomes at stake - why would we invoke "ethics" into our daily meanderings? Yet, when we do, their invocation offers a sense of purpose and meaning to our energies otherwise absent. They serve as a catalyst for mindful consideration, prompt views of connection and encourage empathy. As a base for organizational success & sustainability one would be hard-pressed to find a better building block.

Delivered with interactive presentation and use of common interactions, participants will be awed with how ethics have shaped the tools and interactions they use and rely upon daily. |

Using interaction and role play participants are given the opportunity to explore their empathy and decision-making style when confronted with situations that evolve from simple to complex. The day long learning moves back & forth from overview to action challenging each person to elevate the connections and effects of organization & community. |

The Third Plane of Learning is designed for organizational leaders & internal drivers, such as supervisors, department heads & coaches.
