Designed to introduce the conceptual and practical basis of an Advocate with a sprightly mix of didactic and hands-on engagements.

Participants will depart having an understanding of the skill sets necessary to stand behind ideas and convictions along with the balance of hearing other people's perspectives.

The Second Plane of Learning
Complex ∞ Abstract ∞ Head Engaged

 Full Day
Mixing in-depth case studies that give example to the role and power of an Advocate with supervised role-play and simulation, participants are asked to make connections between goals and the skills required to achieve.

While the day has a conclusion the learning does not end. Participants depart with skills and tasks to be integrated in their organizational role.

The Third Plane of Learning
Concepts Practically Applied

Full Day
The Third Plane of Learning is designed for organizational leaders & internal drivers, such as supervisors, department heads & coaches.

This day-long workshop offers the employee charged with motivating and inspiring others additional resources to develop the skills as an effective Advocate throughout their area of responsibility and role.
